About David

David joined Broome Insurance in 2004 when he merged an independent agency he founded with the Broome team. His educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. David’s background includes substantial experience in helping different types of commercial companies plan and implement their insurance and risk management strategies. He also has extensive experience in providing surety bonding to the construction industry, having served as a bond underwriter earlier in his career. David has a history of working with clients in meeting many different types of surety bond needs. David has served on numerous committees and boards, aiding the insurance industry and the communities in which he has resided.
