About Madison

Madison Grams is one of the wonderful accounting assistants we have on our team at Broome Insurance, a Legacy partner. She has been working with us since 2023 and comes to us with excellent customer service and communication skills and a background in special education.

Madison has a bachelor’s degree in special education, and she graduated with a master’s degree in reading education from Appalachian State University in 2017. She is the Local Coordinator for the Special Olympics in Catawba County and the Kids Minister at Sela Church in Hickory, North Carolina. Madison is also a certified foster parent in Catawba County.

What Madison most enjoys about her work is helping our clients. She has a talent for seeing the strengths in others and using them to help others see their potential. Madison strives to deliver excellence with every interaction and is a teammate the accounting department can always depend on.

Madison is married and has one daughter. Her family also includes a golden retriever named Luke. Some of Madison’s interests include spending time outside, gardening, biking, camping, playing sports, and doing home projects. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with and going on vacation with her family and participating in her church community.
