About Penny

Penny Jones joined us at Legacy Insurance Partners in 2004 after already enjoying a long, 20-year history with another agency. She began her career in insurance 37 years ago as a teenager and has enjoyed this industry ever since. Her favorite thing about her duties is helping customers, and she very much appreciates when they place their trust in her. Her clients quickly learn that she will always do her very best to look out for their best interests. She earned the NC outstanding customer service representative designation and CISR in 1994.

Penny enjoys being part of a team and supporting her fellow employees so we can do a better job for our clients together. She enjoys continuously learning and helping to bring new tools to our employees. She has been married for 35 years and has two sons, Bryant (28) and Tyler (24). Her hobbies and interests include helping with church activities, learning about gem stones, reading, traveling, going to music concerts, and spending time with her family.
