About Robert

Robert is a Managing Partner of Broome Insurance, and serves as Business Insurance Consultant. Beginning his insurance career in 1989, he earned a BS in Business from North Carolina State University in 1987, has extensive insurance and risk management experience, and holds the designation of Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA). Robert is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina and the Lake Hickory Rotary Club.

Robert has been active in the community as the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce, and as Chairman of the Council for the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. In his free time, Robert enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
