A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Shanna has over 21 years experience in the insurance industry with over 18 years experience as it relates to Agency Office Management, Insurance Sales, & Account Management. As a Personal Account Manager with Broome, she looks forward to helping her clients by servicing and customizing the insurance product that is unique to their own individual needs. She enjoys being a resource for her clients and helping them have a favorable insurance experience. In her free time, Shanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In addition, she loves traveling, singing, music, walking outdoors, and watching basketball or football.
