About Shannon

Shannon Segraves joined us at Legacy Insurance Partners in 2023, specifically working as an insurance account manager for Faw Insurance. She brings 10 years of experience to our insurance team, first spending two years in commercial underwriting at Auto-Owners Insurance, then one year in premium auditing at Auto-Owners Insurance, and then seven years in premium auditing at Penn National Insurance.

Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University. Shannon is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and has an Associate in Premium Auditing (APA), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), and an Associate in Insurance (AINS).

Shannon finds that the most enjoyable part of her day-to-day is working with customers. She enjoys their interactions and finding insurance products and solutions that could benefit their lives. In her free time, Shannon enjoys hiking, exploring the mountains, and traveling.
